Versuchen sie über appearance, ob sich dies Problem beheben lässt. Weiterhin ist es möglich, Texturen über das Drücken von CTRL + ALT + R neu zu laden. Manchmal muss dies mehrfach erledigt werden. Hilft das nicht, bitte eine IM an mich.

Ja, es wird auch eine Gruppe für die Kunden geben, in die Updateten Teile (nicht das gesamte Design) kostenlos zu erhalten sind.
Gibt es Giftcards?

My skirt (etc.) is not visible or I has other texture problems?
Go to appearance. Maybe it´s solved. Further it is possible to load textures again over pressing CTRL + for ALT + R. Sometimes this must be done several times. If that does not help, please send me an IM.
I bought a design but do not receive it?
Go to your transaction history at www.secondlife.com and copy the purchase in the history. Send me the copy of your transaction history per IM.

Yes, I open a customer group. Here you can get this Informations and uptdated pieces of dresses for free.
